Rogers, Minnesota is located 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis. Rogers Elementary STEM Magnet School is one of two public elementary schools located in the city of Rogers, and among the 10 elementary schools located within Independent School District 728. We are the only STEM elementary school in our District. There are approximately 700 students enrolled in grades K-5 at our school. We also have a new early childhood wing attached to our building. Beginning in September 2022, for the 2022-23 school year, we will become a K-4 school with our 5th graders moving over to Rogers Middle School.
Rogers Elementary STEM Magnet School is a member of the Northwest Suburban Integration School District (NWSISD) for grades K-5. Rogers Elementary STEM Magnet School provides all of our students with a highly engaging STEM-based education with a focus on engineering that is exciting, challenging, and relevant. Our students' educations are enhanced by using scientific inquiry and exploration, project-based learning, integration of STEM across subject areas, and by using the engineering design process. In addition, we have a talented and welcoming staff.
