Rogers Elementary STEM Magnet School is committed to providing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) experiences and career awareness for all of our students.

We purposefully integrate STEM into all subject areas with an engineering focus.

We emphasize scientific inquiry, exploration, and the engineering design process to help our students develop strong problem-solving skills.

Students actively participate in project-based learning to allow them to apply their learning to address real-life problems.

We extend learning outside of the classrooms with curriculum-based field trips and our schoolyard garden for hands-on learning.

We also work with community businesses and individuals that work in STEM-related careers to show our students how their current learning prepares them for future careers.

Students use current technologies to increase their academic achievement and success in their future workplaces.

Our students develop competencies in the 4 C’s: Critical Thinking, Communications, Collaboration, and Creativity to help them be successful.
